For best results with our olive oil hair wax, put the can in a suitable wax warmer until it reaches a honey-like consistency. Prep the skin using Beauty Image USA’s pre-depilatory tonic or powder to ensure cleanliness and comfort. 

Always test the wax temperature on the inside of your wrist before applying it on your client’s skin. Fortunately, our soft waxes melt at body temperature, so there is minimal risk of burning when using them.

Once ready, use a spatula to spread a thin layer of the wax in the direction of hair growth. Place a non-woven wax strip over the applied area and smooth it down firmly in the direction of the hair. Then, hold the skin taut and pull the strip quickly and parallel to the skin in the opposite direction of hair growth. 

To complete the treatment and nourish the skin post-wax, apply our post-depilatory calming oil or cooling gel.
