Repair Service

We provide repair service for the handpiece and control box for all the electric nail drills we sell

for a flat rate fee of $49.99*

* for inspection and diagnostic + $29 for additional hours + plus tax + part cost + shipping fee if applicable!

We also provide repair service for more extensive electric nail drills we sell

for a flat rate fee of $94.99*

* for inspection and diagnostic + $49 for additional hours + plus tax + part cost + shipping fee if applicable!

Rotatool equipment has a one-year warranty for defects in material or workmanship. The machine will be sent to the factory for service in Toronto.

Instructions

1. Fill out the form, print the copy you will receive by email, and put it inside the shipping box.
2. Deliver or ship your machine to our store.
3. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your machine.

Shipping

Our repair service fee doesn't cover the shipping fees. Please use your preferred local shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any losses during the shipping.
