User Registration
Our business is licensed professionally in the nail, esthetic, and spa industries within Canada and is not open to the public. It is necessary to register with us to view pricing and use the Nails R Us web store. We only sell a product, equipment, and education to the professional esthetic trade and reserve the right to request proof of education or business. It is necessary to register to use the Nails R Us web store. To register, please go to the Register Button at the top of the Home Page. Please fill in your personal information. Follow the directions to obtain your password for logging in to the web store.

Please fill in your personal information and email/fax your professional proof, then verify your email address in the confirmation email you will receive after filling out the form. Once your account is verified, you can log in to the web store. If you have trouble registering or logging in, please get in touch with Customer support at the information listed below.
Using Our Website
Search for the products you want by navigating the product categories with the navigation bar at the top of the page. Choose your class in the Nav Bar, and the drop-down menu will allow you further to refine your search by brand and product type.
The Search Box found at the top right side of the Home Page can help you find what you are looking for easily and quickly. Enter a few words or product numbers into the box, and you can use the product brand name, product name, type of product, or product number.
Product Pricing and Information
Although Nails R Us strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors or misprints may occur. Suppose a product is listed at an incorrect price or data due to an error in pricing or product information. In that case, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders or part of an order placed or subsequently processed by Nails R Us for that product and terminate the purchase agreement without further liability. Suppose a product is priced in error or a product information error occurs. In that case, at our sole discretion, we may contact you for further instructions, cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation, terminate the purchase agreement, and correct the error on our website.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your purchase based on the local sales tax rate of the shipping destination.
Payment Methods
The methods of payment accepted for online orders are Mastercard, Visa, and Interac E-transfer.
Interac E-transfer is only available for select Canadian accounts. Since the e-Transfer option is not currently part of our online checkout process, don't hesitate to contact us if this is your preferred payment method.
If you are looking to purchase an online order but want to pick it up at our store, you may only checkout with Interac E-transfer or physically in-store at our cashier on pick-up.
Payment options accepted for online orders are Mastercard, Visa, and Interac E-transfer. In-store physical cash out at our cashier is available for customers who want to or prefer to pick up their online order at our physical location. Most forms of payment are accepted at our cashiers. All transactions will be completed in Canadian funds.
If you want to pick up an online order at our store, you may only choose to pay with either Interac E-Transfer or physically at our cashier on the day of the order pick-up.
Pending Charges (Pre-Authorization)
The invoice amount charged to your Credit Card is pre-authorized and held by your financial institution when you place an order on the site. Your Credit Card will only be charged when the order is processed manually in-store and is shipped out - not before.
If you cancel an order after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears when the hold is released.
If you change/edit an order, if items are out of stock, or if the shipping charge varies from what was initially quoted after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears and is replaced with the actual final charge. It's possible for a short time; you may see both costs until the original hold is released.
Order Online
To place an order, log in with your email address and password.
When you find the product you want, click on it to get more information. If you wish to purchase this product, select "Add to Cart." Continue in the same way for the remainder of your product purchases. You can view your purchases anytime by selecting "View Cart." You can remove items from your Cart by selecting "Remove from cart" on the View Cart page.
Order Processing
Generally, the processing time is 1-5 business days from when you place your order online to when your order is shipped. Special orders and furniture may take longer if they are not stock items.
Shipping
Shipping time is calculated after the order has been prepared for shipping in the warehouse. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada, generally 1-7 business days. Most orders ship the next day, but please note that orders placed after noon EST will only be processed the following business day. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Out-of-Stock Items
Suppose an item you ordered in your Cart is out of stock. In that case, this could be caused by low inventory when you added the item to your Cart and customers just ahead of you purchased the same thing first, or if the product demand exceeded our list, or it is simply no longer available. If an item you ordered is out of stock, your invoice and the final cost will be adjusted before it is processed through MasterCard or Visa. Please note that you may not be contacted for out-of-stock items, and we will ship the available items only. Feel free to put a note in the comments box if you require contact before your order is shipped.
Back Orders
We do not back order any products and may not contact you about this. Your packing list will indicate any items that have not been shipped with your order. You will not be charged for these items and need to reorder them (feel free to call ahead to ensure we have them in stock for you). Please note that you may not be contacted for out-of-stock items, and we will only ship the available items. Feel free to register in the comments box if you require contact before your order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the Confirm and Submit Page, your order begins processing. It may be possible to cancel your order during the processing time, but once it goes into the shipping process, it cannot be revoked. Please contact Customer Service at 905-614-1402 or 1-855-614-1008 to confirm if a placed order can be withdrawn.
Complaint Policy
Please report immediately within 24 Hours after receiving the shipment about any defects, broken items, missing parts, or similar issues; after that, we (NailsRUs Beauty Supply Ltd.) will not be responsible for any of these issues. Warranty
This website is presented on an "as is" basis. This website makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, or to the website's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website to the full extent permissible by law. This website disclaims all warranties, express or implied, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The website owners will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Liability
Exclusion and limitation of liability for any breach of these terms and conditions, Nails R U's sole and exclusive maximum liability shall not, in any event, exceed the total price of the products ordered by the customer; in no event will Nails R Us be liable to customer for consequential, incidental, special damages or economic loss arising from any claim or action, accidental or collateral to, or directly or indirectly related to the purchase of the products hereunder, whether such claim is based in contract, statute, tor, implied duties or obligations or other legal theory.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada applicable without regard to principles of conflict of law shall construe these Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the preceding, Customer and Nails R Us irrevocably and unconditionally:
- Agree that any suit, action, or other legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any transaction hereunder must be brought to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto.
- Consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
- Waives any objections to laying the venue of any such suit, action, or proceeding in such courts.
- Waives any right it may have to assert the defense of forum non-conveniens in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
