1. Sanitize the roller with isopropyl alcohol
2. Wash your face and body thoroughly
3. Apply your pre-treatment serum or cream (optional)
4. Gently roll on treatment area 4-8 times up and down then side to side then diagonally - do not push or apply pressure, let the roller simply roll across treatment areas
5. Rinse roller with hot water then re-sanitize
6. Apply your favourite skincare products following treatment
