We charge a base shipping fee at checkout, the amount is an estimation only and it's not final. The shipping fee may be revised depending on the beauty supplies in order, it may increase when there are heavy or large salon supplies and bulk SPA products in the order. We will contact you if there are any changes to the final amount of your order.

We usually process the order within the next business day. We cannot guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of natural disaster, inclement weather or peak periods.

Due to the health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any order unless there is a manufacturer defect.

The shipping usually take 2-5 business days for major cities like Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgery, and Vancouver.

Urban cities and smaller towns like Ucluelet, Mahone Bay and Niagara may take up to 7 business days. 

We have delivery option for Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and other nearby GTA cities.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
