Gently shampoo hair, rinse and towel-dry. Wrap damp hair, then when the wrap is complete, lightly mist rods with water. Place cotton around hairline and towel at the nape of the neck. Pour Activator Part A bottle into Waving Lotion part B and shake gently. The mixture will become warm. Apply to top and underside of each wrapped rod and re-saturate. Cover head. The process at room temperature for 6 - 20 minutes, depending on hair type. Perm has to stop action and will not over-process on normal hair. After processing, apply Neutraliser, wait 5 minutes then remove rods and rinse hair.
