Our business provides to professionally licensed in the nail, esthetic and spa industry within Canada only and is not open to the public. It is necessary to register with us in order to view pricing and use the Nails R Us web-store.
To register, please go to the Register button at the top of the Home Page. Please fill in your personal information and email/fax your professional proof, then verify your email address in the confirmation email you will receive after filling out the form. Once your account is verified, you can log in to the web store. Using the Navigation Bar
Search for the products you want by navigating the product categories with the navigation bar at the top of the page. Choose your category in the Nav Bar and the drop down menu will allow you to further refine your search by brand and product type.
Using the Search Box Feature
The Search Box found at the top right side of the Home Page can help you find what you are looking for easily and quickly. Simply enter a few words or product numbers into the box. You can use product brand name, product name, type of product or product number.
To place an order, log in with your email address and password.
When you find the product you are looking for, click on it to get more information. If you would like to purchase this product, select "Add to Cart". Continue in the same way for the remainder of your product purchases. At any time - you can view your purchases by selecting "View Cart". You can remove items from your cart by selecting "Remove from cart" on the View Cart page.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your purchase based on the local sales tax rate of the shipping destination.
Methods of Payment
The methods of payment accepted for online orders are Mastercard, Visa, and Interac E-transfer.
Interac E-transfer is only available for select Canadian accounts. Since the e-Transfer option is not currently part of our online checkout process, please contact us if this is your prefered method of payment.
If you are looking to purchase an online order but want to pick it up physically at our store, you may only checkout with Interac E-transfer or physically in-store at our cashier on the day of pick-up.
When your Credit Card will be charged
The invoice amount charged to your Credit Card is pre-authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place an order on the site. Your Credit Card will only be charged when the order is processed manually in store and is shipped out - not before.
If you cancel an order after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears when the hold is released.
If you change/edit an order, if items are out of stock, or if the shipping charge varies from originally quoted after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears and is replaced with the actual final charge. It's possible for a short time you may see both charges until the original hold is released.
Generally, processing time is 1-2 business days from the time you place your order on-line to the time your order is shipped. Special orders and furniture may take more time if they are not stock items.
Shipping time is calculated after the order has been prepared for shipping in the warehouse. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada. It is generally 1-7 business days. Most orders ship next day, but please note that orders placed after 12pm EST will only be processed the following business day. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you ordered in your Cart is out of stock, this could be caused by low inventory at the time you added the item to your Cart and customers just ahead of you purchased the same item first, or if the product demand exceeded our inventory, or it is simply no longer available. If an item you ordered is out of stock, your invoice and final cost will adjusted before it is processed through MasterCard or Visa. Please note that you may not be contacted for out of stock items, and we will just ship the available items only. Feel free to put a note in the comments box if you require contact before your order is shipped.
We do not back order any products and we may not contact you about this. Your packing list will indicate any items that have not been shipped with your order. You will not be charged for these items and will need to reorder them (feel free to call ahead to make sure we have it in stock for you). Please note that you may not be contacted for out of stock items, and we will just ship the available items only. Feel free to put a note in the comments box if you require contact before your order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the Confirm and Submit Page, your order begins processing. During the processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order goes into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact Customer Service at 905-614-1402 or 1-855-614-1008 to confirm if a placed order can be cancelled.
Please report immediately within 24 Hours after receiving the shipment about any defects, broken items, missing parts or similar kind of issues, after that we (NailsRUs Beauty Supply Ltd.) will not be responsible for any of these issues.
