Payment

The invoice amount charged to your Credit Card is pre-authorized and held by your financial institution when you place an order on the site. Your Credit Card will only be charged when the order is processed manually in-store and is shipped out - not before. If you cancel an order after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears when the hold is released. If you change/edit an order, if items are out of stock, or if the shipping charge varies from what was initially quoted after the online order is placed, please note that for a few business days, you may see the original pre-authorized invoice amount on your online credit card statement, but this disappears and is replaced with the actual final charge. It's possible for a short time; you may see both directions until the original hold is released. You may NOT be contacted for out-of-stock items and may only ship the available items. For Interac E-Transfer payments, our online sales department will contact customers by phone to confirm the total amount due for your online order plus shipping. Once the total is transferred and we receive the funds for your order, we will ensure that we have received the funds and will ship out your order immediately.

Shipping

Expect shipping delays of up to 7 days in December. Shipping and handling fees are an estimated rate based on applicable shipping rules, regulations, and charges for each province. Shipping rates may be revised, depending on your order, and we will inform you of any changes.

Pick Up for Online Orders

If you want to pick up an online order at our physical retail location, select the "pick-up" option before checking out when selecting shipping methods. Once you have chosen this option, our online sales department will contact you by phone to arrange the best time to pick up your online order. The online order pick-up option is only available if you are paying with Interac e-transfer or physically at the cashier in-store on the day of pick-up.
